Refund policy
We want you to feel that each item is a perfect match for your home. If it doesn't, we'll help you return it.
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to shipping costs and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total price of your order. Please contact us at serve@poplabubu.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Refunds will be issued within 2 working days of your cancellation.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, if the product you ordered has already been shipped, your order cannot be canceled.
Before installing or using the product, please carefully inspect the following when the product arrives:
1) Scan the box for damage.
2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
3) Unpack and inspect the items.
If you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative and contact us so that we can arrange a replacement. Once the inner bag of the item is opened, it cannot be returned.
Return Policy
Production Defect, Missing Product, or Shipping Damage:
- If the product you ordered has manufacturing defects when delivered, please contact us promptly and we will reship it or refund you in full.
- Missing Parts of the Package: If the number of products you received is less than the order quantity, please contact us in time. We will send you a replacement for the missing items immediately after confirmation.
- If your package is damaged during packaging or transportation, please provide corresponding photos. Once our team reviews and approves your package, we will re-ship or refund in full.
- Please make sure that the photos you submit are not blurred or blurry. Providing high-quality photos will help us solve your problem as quickly and effectively as possible. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product.
Please Note:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific cost shall be based on the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
We can accept your return, but we will not return it for free for any reason. If there is a problem with the quality of our products, we sent the wrong one or missed it, we will give you a full refund or replace the product.
We will not provide free returns for the following non-merchant reasons:
- Wrong size: Our size and measurements are clearly marked on the product page, please purchase according to the product description. If you don't understand, please contact our customer service.
- The color does not match your cabinet: Due to the limitations of shooting technical conditions, our products may have a little color difference. If you can't accept it, please purchase with caution.
- Buy more than you expected.
- No longer need it after receiving it.
- Because you don't like it for personal reasons.
- The product cannot be delivered in time because the shipping address or zip code you provided is incorrect.
- Other non-merchant reasons.
Once we agree to your return, when your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and is approved, all refunds will be returned to the account you paid for the order within 10 working days.
All return processes must be processed and approved by us within 30 days after receiving your package.
In addition, for returns that are not due to merchant reasons, we will be required to deduct the initial shipping cost of your order from your refund.

Exchange Policy
We provide exchange service. If you need to exchange for personal reasons, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the package to confirm the exchange details.
After we agree to the exchange, please send the received goods back in the original condition, and the goods must not affect our secondary sales.
After your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and is verified, we will re-ship the goods you want to exchange within 2 working days.
Although we provide free exchange service, all postage incurred during the return process is borne by you.
If the return is due to the consumer's reasons, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost, and the specific cost shall be subject to the courier company you choose.
If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost for this reason.
