Shipping policy

Shipping Types:

POP labubu partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: YunExpress, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. All shipping times are based on Monday through Sunday. Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround. 

The Shipping Policy:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling time: 1-2 Days (Monday to Sunday).
Transit time: 
United States: 5-8 Days (Monday to Sunday).
United Kingdom: 3-5 Days (Monday to Sunday).
Canada: 6-8 Days (Monday to Sunday).

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Shipping Cost: 

Shipping is free in the US, UK, and Canada.

Shipping, Delivery, and Cutoff Times
Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method. 
Cut-off times indicate when order must be placed to begin processing on a particular day, and vary by carrier.

Shipping & Order Confirmations
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available(The tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Due to variances in tax laws from state to state, once an order has been placed, we are no longer able to alter the shipping address. And orders that have been sent out or are in transit cannot be cancelled.Please understand, thank you. So please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
